Demolition & reconstruction apartments in Roeselare

This project is proof of the efficiency of our approach. After the demolition of the original building in the summer, construction only started in September. Barely four months later, in December 2025, the project is almost complete. A remarkable feat, especially considering the logistical challenges of building in a busy shopping street. Thanks to the rapid assembly, disruption to the surrounding area was kept to an absolute minimum.

The building combines commercial functions with high-quality living. The ground floor offers space for an accessible commercial property. Three identical flats were built on the floors above (one per floor). The homes were developed for our client Yally, who is marketing them as sustainable and energy-efficient rental properties.
