We make building your home simple, fast, and personal

We are writing this review now that we have completed the preparation phase and will soon start the actual construction. We are already particularly satisfied with this first phase. From the very first exploratory meeting, there was complete openness and transparency. You immediately receive a very detailed quote, without being tied to anything. This way, you know exactly what the possibilities are, within which budget you are working, and who you are partnering with. Throughout the entire process, we had a single point of contact, which made the guidance feel very personal. They really thought along with us about the best solutions, always taking our budget and wishes into account. No question was too much, even when we wanted to make adjustments for the umpteenth time. All choices and details were discussed at a brisk pace, without it feeling rushed. The guidance completely unburdens you and instills a great deal of confidence. An extra compliment goes to interior architect Silke. Her creative ideas and original designs ensure that your home gets a unique look, rather than being "just another house". Construction starts in a few days. If it proceeds as smoothly as the preparation phase, we look forward to it with great confidence. Afterwards, we would also be happy to share our experience regarding the construction process.

I am very happy with the home that CIRCL built for me and I enjoy living there. The modular, circular, and ecological way of building is important to me. The entire construction process went smoothly with good guidance and a motivated and enthusiastic team. I am very satisfied with the way the building plans were realized, the quality of the construction, and the finishing. After construction, CIRCL ensures aftercare: all outstanding issues are followed up, and you can always contact them with questions. I receive a lot of positive comments. My family, friends, and neighbors also think it is a beautiful and successful project.

CIRCL built our home, and we are extremely satisfied. The young, driven team at CIRCL guided us through the entire construction process in a professional and transparent manner. From the first contact to the handover, we knew exactly where we stood: both the final result and the pre-determined price, which will not change. The transparency and commitment ensured that we never experienced any doubt or uncertainty. In every phase, we were assisted with expert explanations and advice, making us feel fully supported. Even after the provisional handover of the home, CIRCL remains involved: quality and customer satisfaction are always central. CIRCL's solution-oriented approach ensures that trust is high and that you, as a customer, feel reassured, unburdened, and supported. It is truly remarkable that our principles regarding the environment, materials, climate, and circularity are reflected in the philosophy of a contractor who realizes your dream home within a few months. Thank you, CIRCL!

I am very happy that I came across CIRCL in my search for a fast builder of sustainable homes! CIRCL supported and unburdened me throughout the entire construction process—from start to finish. This is certainly not a luxury when you are building alone and know little about construction yourself. CIRCL helped me think things through, communication was smooth, and I now have a beautiful, very high-quality house that is a joy to live in! It was therefore a real pleasure working with such a driven and committed team!

A very professional organization. They know what they're doing, and you get excellent guidance during the design process. CIRCL took care of everything else for us, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves :)
