In Laakdal, CIRCL is constructing a striking single-storey house with a strong architectural identity. In collaboration with Stam Architecten, a design was chosen that seamlessly combines aesthetics with living comfort. The house immediately catches the eye with its characteristic green façade.

Because the client opted for a completely single-storey layout, lifelong living is central here. The house is designed in such a way that all functions are easily accessible without compromising on space. This makes the house not only comfortable for today, but also completely future-proof for every stage of life.

Inside, the living room and kitchen form an open space, with the architecture ensuring an optimal experience with plenty of light. The layout is practical and well thought out: in addition to the open living area, the house has three full bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with all modern conveniences.
