In Hombeek, we will soon start construction on a new residential project featuring 22 apartments, covering a total surface area of 1,985 square meters. This means each living unit offers an average of more than 85 square meters of comfortable living space.

This project builds on our previous experience with multi unit residential developments and demonstrates how seamlessly our circular building method scales to larger volumes. With 22 modern apartments, we combine contemporary living comfort in Hombeek with thoughtful design and a minimal ecological footprint.
