80 homes in our portfolio: CIRCL keeps growing

CIRCL was founded on 1 April 2023. Today, we have 80 homes completed, under construction or planned, representing 7,364 m² of living space. And we’re only getting started.

From individual homes to entire apartment buildings

Our projects are now spread across Flanders and the southern Netherlands. We are currently building in Meise, Cadzand, Zonhoven, Gentbrugge and Waasmunster, among other locations.

Interest from investors is growing too. So far, 35 new apartments have been given the green light. CIRCL is expanding from individual homes to larger residential projects.

Our prefab construction method brings speed and control. Less time on site means less uncertainty, lower project costs and a faster return on investment. A reference home can be completed in just 12 weeks.

7,364 m² built and planned

We have already completed 3,991 m². Another 3,373 m² is ready to be built.

New projects are planned in Zaffelare, Aalst, Tervuren, Leuven, Pepingen, Genk and Oud-Turnhout. This also includes our new 141 m² show home.
