Walls in LVL timber frame
We make all our walls, perfectly tailored to your home, in LVL timber frame.
LVL is short for Laminated Veneer Lumber. It is one of the strongest wood-based building materials.
Bio-based insulation
We use cellulose flakes that guarantee high-quality, durable insulation.
Due to the high mass density of our insulation, we achieve excellent EPB results. Moreover, the mass also provides exceptional sound insulation.
Finished just the way you want it
We finish your CIRCL house perfectly to measure. Together with our interior designer, you can discuss all aspects of your home to make it your own.
From façade and roof finishing to exterior joinery. From floors over interior doors and sanitary fittings to your complete custom-made kitchen.
Activated foundation
The foundation slab is insulated from below, thus contributing to a favourable indoor climate.
The mass of the foundation slab is contained within the protected volume and therefore increases the interior of the house. This keeps it cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
High performance, sustainable techniques
We combined all sustainable techniques for a modern house in one energy module, which we bring to the site as a whole and can connect immediately.
Our energy module contains everything for heating and cooling, domestic hot water, ventilation system D, filter installation for the rainwater, and the indoor installation for the solar panels.
